As a new addition to The Downs for 2019, the Dining Tent offers festival-goers the opportunity to enjoy an incredible selection of culinary delights served banquet-style under canvas.

The menus for the weekend have been created by award-winning Bristol chef Toby Gritton, well known from The Pumphouse and The Bird in Hand, and feature a plethora of carefully-sourced, high-quality ingredients from some of the very best local suppliers.

On Saturday a six-course taster menu will be served with three versions available – Meat Eaters, Vegetarian and Vegan.

There are two sittings at 2pm and 6pm. Tickets are priced at £50 per head (plus £2.50 BF)

All bookings for the Dining Tent must be made in advance and as places at all sittings are strictly limited, it is recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.

To accompany the delicious food on offer, a specially-selected wine list has been curated by Andrew Stewart of Stewart Wines (who are widely regarded as Bristol’s finest independent wine importer and supplier). As one of only 382 Masters of Wine in the world, Andrew holds the highest title in wine expertise and we are very pleased to be able to offer Diners the chance to sample his selections alongside their meal.
